MenaITech Concludes A Training Course in MPAY-CP^®

MenaITech, the Jordanian company specialized in human capital information systems and human resource management solutions, recently concluded a training course for professional certification in payroll systems and personnel management (MPAY-CP®), within its MenaPay® Professional Program.

This course is considered the first program under MenaPay® Professional which is specifically designed to equip employees with the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to become adept at payroll systems and personnel management.     

The training course was held over three weeks at Henley Academy and the material included was the first of its kind in this field. The course output was evaluated through an exam that assessed the skills acquired during the course.

At the end of the training course, Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh, the CEO of MenaITech, distributed certificates to course participants. Hawamdeh also delivered a lecture on the importance of practical training programs specialized in human resource systems and their role in honing and enhancing the skills of employees working in that field.

Hawamdeh added that offering these training courses underlines the company’s belief in the importance of improving the qualifications of human resource employees and increasing their skill and knowledge particularly, as it pertains to payroll systems and personnel management.

Hawamdeh noted that the content received by participants in the training course introduced them to the latest techniques in human resource management and how to implement them in their organizations and companies.
