MenaITech Signs Agreement with the Startup Sadeed, Becoming First Jordanian Company to Adopt Artificial Intelligence to Respond to Users on Social Media

Amman — MenaITech, a Jordan-based company specializing in human capital information systems, signed a strategic agreement with the Jordanian startup, Sadeed, which develops artificial intelligence technology in Arabic.

As part of this agreement, MenaITech will adopt Sadeed’s smart platform based on Arabic language artificial intelligence technology which will allow MenaITech to advance its social media pages (Facebook and Twitter) with responses to followers’ questions and comments faster, more easily and efficiently in terms of cost and quality.

The agreement was signed by MenaITech’s founder and CEO, Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh and the founder and CEO of Sadeed, Abdullah Al Odat.

MenaITech is the first Jordanian company and first human capital information systems company in the MENA region to adopt Sadeed’s solutions, which provides its clients, (corporations, organizations, and social media page owners) response service to comments and messages on their pages in less than 10 seconds. The service also removes abusive comments, saving time, effort and at the same time raising engagement between the company or organization and its followers on social media.

MenaITech’s CEO, Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh said that this agreement comes as part of MenaITech’s support of Jordanian startups by adopting their solutions and services to help push them forward and encourage them to expand and grow. He added that Sadeed’s platform and services hold intellectual property rights that sets them apart in developing artificial intelligence technology for companies’ social media pages.

Hawamdeh added that adopting Sadeed’s platform is also part of MenaITech’s strategy to actively engage with followers on social media. Sadeed’s solutions provide the ability to respond to follower’s comments quickly and without the need for human input which will support communications with followers.

Founder and CEO of Sadeed, Abdullah Al Odat, reaffirmed the importance of this agreement with a large company like MenaITech which operates in 25 countries as it gives a big push to a startup like Sadeed and provides it with an opportunity to provide its services to major companies in new markets.

Al-Odat said that Sadeed stands on its own in the field of developing artificial intelligence in Arabic and has been recognized recently by Facebook, which gave Sadeed approval to start providing these solutions and services on its site.
