Successes with MADA and Save The Children

At MenaITech we are of the belief that we are only as successful as our clients, and revel in their accomplishments and in watching them flourish. This is why we enjoy seeing the tangible results of our partnerships, and how our services were able to improve the performance of our clients’ businesses.

An example of this is Mada Communications. MADA is a telecommunications provider offering international voice, wireless broadband, SMS, and communications network services to operators around the world. Established in the year 2004, Mada’s footprint currently extends to Europe, the United States, the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.

Prior to implementing our systems, they reported a variety of ongoing issues in their workflow. They consistently suffered from avoidable human error that resulted in a variety of inaccuracies that quickly added up. They also sought to improve their security systems in order to provide a safer technological environment for both themselves and their customers.

With the help of our MenaME, MenaPAY, MenaHR, and MenaME-Plus systems, they were able to report that their overall human error was reduced by 100% and that their current security systems were increased by 90%.

Another one of our esteemed clients is Save the Children Jordan. Save the Children Jordan is a registered Jordanian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) established in 1974 with Her Royal Highness Princess Basma Bint Talal as the Chairperson of the Board. They develop much-needed national programs that focus on creating sustainable results where every child attains the right to survival, protection, development, and participation

Before switching over to our systems, the main area in which they struggled was with productivity. Operating at their scale can make employers and employees lose sight of priorities and thus cause them to work in a less organized fashion. But with the help of our MenaME, MenaPAY, MenaHR, and Mena360 systems, they reported a 100% increase in productivity rates overall.
