Menaitech Presents The Latest Global Solutions & Technologies in Its Regional Conference

Menaitech brought together around 200 top executives and human resource professionals in different sectors to present its innovations in human resource management and offer an opportunity for an exchange of best practices and the latest trends in HR.

Former Minister of Labor, Nayef Stetieh, inaugurated the conference with a speech about his experience as a minister in raising the competencies and qualifications of the Jordanian youth to engage in the labor market today. He highlighted the importance of the technical aspect and knowledge of the latest methods of successful management as provided by Menaitech. 

CEO of Menaitech, Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh, said that the company deals with its customers on the principle of partnership and reviewed the company’s various solutions and systems, such as the MenaME application that uses the latest global technologies and artificial intelligence features to facilitate all human resource management processes, zero keyboard and with one glance.

The event was broadcast live on social media platforms and concluded with a discussion panel and Q&A session with specialists in management and human resources from Kuwait, Egypt, Bahrain and Jordan. The session looked at the opportunities and challenges in the present and the future in Jordan and the Middle East, as well as the latest innovative solutions in the field of human resource management techniques. The regional experts interacted with the audience and shared their experiences, observations, and best practices in human resource management.

Digital media and LinkedIn specialist Khaled Al-Ahmad presented the event and provided useful information on best practices in communication and benefiting from work and employment networks.
