Menaitech A Featured Success in Expertise and Innovative Solutions

Menaitech has been invited to inspire organizations from around the world at the Bahrain Society for Human Capital Management Conference and Exhibition in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Titled “The Future of Work – People Analytics and HR in Metaverse,” the conference brought together HR professionals and executives to explore the skills and technology required in an increasingly digitalized, data-driven world, and enhanced economic gains through people analytics.

Chief Revenue Officer Mahmoud Alawneh and Corporate Solutions Specialist Karam Ghassab were featured speakers who gave insight on the critical role of data in shaping effective HR strategies and how Menaitech’s innovative features empower data-driven decision-making in HR.

Although people analytics in HR is a relatively new field in the Middle East and North Africa, the Menaitech system has been providing a comprehensive infrastructure and the tools which leverage data for decision-making that is critical for achieving success in organizations. As a result, Menaitech’s experts were invited to present its cutting-edge tools and techniques as best practice in providing data to recruit ideal talent, identify drivers for engagement and retention, analyze metrics for high performance, perform skills gap analysis to train effectively, and run talent pipeline analysis to make suitable decisions to avoid leadership gaps.

Looking at the future of work, the presentations and workshops focused on using data to measure
and enhance performance within organizations. In a workshop on “Data-Driven HR Strategies,” Mahmoud Alawneh spoke about the importance of having a data driven strategy for HR and how an effective HR system can help in data-driven decision making. Accompanied by a product demonstration by Karam Ghassab, Mr. Alawneh spoke about the importance and benefits of data-driven HR, shedding light on the challenges and opportunities that lie in implementing a data-driven strategy and demonstrating how businesses’ effective use of data to take decision helps develop HR strategies in line with their organizational future needs and long term goals .
