2020 was a year unlike any other; no one could have ever predicted what it had in store. Because of COVID-19, business owners were trying to stay afloat while many could not withstand the tide. As a result, many businesses were forced to downsize, make great sacrifices, or permanently close their doors.
Which is why like many businesses that persevered, MenaITech rose to the occasion and held its ground. Remaining stagnant during a state of unpredictability was not an option, and MenaITech was determined to adapt to the rapidly changing climate.
This is one of the many reasons why MenaITech was featured in the ICT Association of Jordan-int@j’s 20th Anniversary Digital Yearbook, which celebrates 20 years of extraordinary achievements and contributions to the ICT sector in Jordan.
MenaITech took to adapting to changes and embracing reality, becoming flexible in planning for their future success and business growth. Through digitizing work, conducting online training, facilitating self-service solutions, and implementing automated systems to the general workflow, they have been able to increase productivity and efficiency. And by shifting their workload online, they have been able to carry out meetings, process online requests, and keep in contact with their clients, all while keeping their employees’ health and safety their top priority.
Since its establishment, The ICT Association of Jordan-int@j has brought a positive impact on and greatly developed the ICT sector in Jordan. It is one of the most powerful voices in the sector, laying down the guidelines and principles that helped ICT in Jordan bloom, which has led to the creation and support of thousands of startups that now hold intellectual property of high value. In addition to creating initiatives that support and uplift women in the workplace, this only proves how far they have come in the world of ICT.
