Celebrating 23 years since its founding, Menaitech hosted a lunch at its Jordan offices, where Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh, Founder and CEO of the company, welcomed a select group of Menaitech’s earliest clients who have accompanied the company’s journey since its inception.
This special gathering came to reflect gratitude for the strategic partnerships that we have cherished for over two decades. During the event, Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh recalled the company’s success milestones, which began in 2003 with an ambitious vision and great determination, to become today a leading regional provider of Human Capital Management Solutions across 19 countries.
During the ceremony, Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh emphasized the role of the early clients in shaping Menaitech’s journey, stressing that the trust of these partners was the primary pillar that enabled the company to develop its technological tools to meet local and regional market needs, transforming from a startup into a strategic partner for more than 2,000 clients.
It is worth noting that this initiative comes as part of a series of regular meetings organized by the company with all of its clients, whose relationships we deeply value and appreciate. It also reflects Menaitech’s commitment to reinforcing the values of communication and appreciation with its various partners and employees, and underscores the company’s continuous approach to consolidating relations with its initial client base, in tandem with its ongoing expansion aspirations in adopting the latest artificial intelligence technologies in human resources and payroll management.
