MenaITech, a Jordanian company specializing in the development of human capital information systems and solutions, recently concluded in cooperation with AlMaarefa University its specialized training program, the Professional Payroll and Personnel Systems (MPAY-CP\u00ae) under the supervision of dedicated trainers in MenaPAY\u00ae<\/a> payroll and management systems. <\/span><\/p>\n

MenaITech arranged the training program at the headquarters of AlMaarefa University. Ten distinguishing employees from the human resources departments at AlMaarefa University and Saudi Electronic Trading Company attended and benefitted from the program.<\/span><\/p>\n

The training program was organized over three weeks. It was a continuation of MenaITech’s efforts to develop HR departments in the markets in which it operates, especially the Saudi Arabian market.<\/span><\/p>\n

As for the certified MenaPAY\u00ae Professional program, it was designed to give employees the knowledge, skills, and experience to qualify them and make them professionals in the field of payroll and personnel management. <\/span><\/p>\n

Furthermore, at the end of the training program, certificates were distributed to the participants in the presence of the Director of Administration at AlMaarefa University, Dr. Fahad Al-Zamil.<\/span><\/p>\n

The CEO of MenaITech, Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh, emphasized that holding these courses comes within the framework of this specialized program and the importance of building the capacities of employees who are working in human resources departments to specialize and increase their knowledge, especially when it comes to payroll and personnel management systems.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hawamdeh also pointed out that the content received by employees participating in the program introduced them to the latest concepts of human capital management and how to apply them in their organizations and companies.<\/span><\/p>\n
