Menaitech in Kuwait: Sharing features, opportunities, and success

An exclusive event was held for executives and HR professionals in Kuwait who use Menaitech’s HRMS solutions. Held at the Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait, the event aimed to ensure ideal utilization of the latest tools and features offered by Menaitech’s revamped system, particularly the Talent Management System Curio®.

Menaitech follows a customer-centric strategy that prioritizes the user experience in its solution designs and offers enhancements based on customer feedback. A relationship of shared vision and success makes Menaitech’s clients among its closest and most valued partners.

Offering networking opportunities for all attendees, the event started with a video featuring Menaitech’s journey of innovation and an introduction of the overall look and feel as well as updates of the new system version. A demo was presented by Ahmad Alansari, delivery lead at Menaitech’s Operations and Professional Services Department, of the revamped system’s new features and services, taking the audience through the experience of utilizing the profiles and modules in ways that support their business goals and enhance their success.

To share the company vision and strategy with clients as partners, Chief Revenue Officer presented Menaitech’s product roadmap, covering Menaitech’s futuristic modules, inspired from customer feedback and market trends. With sessions that proved to be highly interactive, the event offered networking opportunities and allowed for extensive Q&A and discussions that addressed all customer needs and interests. The event was followed by several meetings and collaborations between the Menaitech team and their clients in Kuwait City.

The upgraded system provides a more comprehensive, easy-to-use version that offers enhancements in performance and user experience of existing profiles, in addition to new modules such as onboarding, the individual development plan (IDP), and the 9 Box Matrix for employee evaluation. The new version also puts forth a voice chat service (MenaBot) on the new mobile application MenaME-Plus.
