MenaITech emphasizes the Importance of Developing Human Capital by Taking Part in the 10th Annual Human Assets Expansion Summit MENA 2015, as the Bronze Sponsor.

Amman- MenaITech – the Jordanian company specialized in developing human resource management systems and solutions – has stressed the importance of adopting technologies to serve human capital and HR departments in different fields from all economic sectors, as these technologies have a huge impact on saving time and effort, as well as providing more opportunities for growth and development.

This comes from MenaITech’s participation in the 10th Annual Human Assets Expansion Summit MENA 2015, that was held in Dubai on the 20th & 21st of May, where it was the bronze sponsor, in cooperation with its business partner Forsee Solutions.

The summit aimed to build networks and connections between HR experts from leading organizations in the region, highlight the prominent role of best practices in the HR sector, and discuss many of the critical issues facing HR experts today. The summit held an award ceremony for excellence in the field of HR in the MENA region, to reward the efforts of individuals and organizations that contribute in a distinct and innovative manner, to the success of HR development in the region.

Throughout the activities and sessions of the summit, MenaITech’s COO, Mrs. Ronza Masarweh participated in a workshop titled “Technology Changing the Face of Human Resources”, as MenaITech was also present in its booth at the companies’ exhibition organized for the summit, where it demonstrated its top products and systems that are specialized in HR and Corporate Governance, specifically ones built on cloud technologies.

MenaITech’s CEO Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh stated that the company focuses on taking part in such forums dedicated to HR issues, to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the HR sector, and provide its vision and expertise in the adoption of technology to serve HR departments and corporate governance.

Hawamdeh stressed the importance of taking up technologies to serve HR departments and corporate governance, especially modern technologies like cloud computing that target cutting time and cost for companies and increasing productivity, pointing out that MenaITech was able to build its own cloud platform and offer its products and HR-related systems for all organizations from various business sectors in the region.
