Each salary scale package includes information such as salary upper limit, lower limit, and salary midpoint, health insurance type, number of yearly salaries, yearly vacation balances, allowance types, tickets, beneﬁts and more. Through this feature, you will be able to manage and organize multiple salary scale packages and details with just a few clicks. Then, you can assign the salary scale packages to employees based on their positions. When you have hired a new employee for a particular position, they will be given all of the details of that speciﬁc positon’s salary scale package and all of its corresponding ﬁnancial information automatically. Yes, you can! It’s very common to find employees working on different projects in the same organization, and the HR team needs to distribute salaries based on the percentage of utilization on these projects. This is done by linking employees to time sheets. Employees or managers can ﬁll in the time sheets online via MenaME® , where they can enter the hours they worked on each project. Through the approval cycle, and in accordance with the percentage distribution, salaries will be allocated over the projects. In addition, the salaries voucher can be built and generated through MenaPAY® based on project cost distribution.
